Using the Internet Connection Test

If your device does not have an internet connection, your app will not be able to download content. You can verify whether or not you have an internet connection by following these steps.

Open the Settings menu.

Select Internet Connection Test.

If you see anything other than this screen, you may have a problem with your internet connection.  You can send the results of your test to our help desk by tapping the Share icon in the upper right corner.
