Adding Users via Airship / Creating a New User

Follow these simple steps to create a new user in the system.  

Within Airship, click on Users & Groups (1), and select User Management (2) from the dropdown.

Click on the Create User button (3).

Fill in all required information, as indicated in red boxes.  if no password is created, a random one will be generated automatically.  We recommend that you check the indicated box (4) to email the user with instructions for setting a personalized password.

NOTE: If you wish to define other fields (i.e. Billing Group) please contact support and we will configure this for you.
