Monitoring the processing status of assets
The Asset Processing feature shows items processing, completed, failed, and deleted over the past ten hours. This is a configurable feature which is not turned on by default. If you are interested in utilizing this feature, please reach out to our Customer Success Team.
*In the current state, please allow time for the newly added items to appear in the Asset Processing Page. The items will appear after they have been successfully ingested and begun processing.
Note: When Asset Processing Status is configured, it is available to all users who have Manage Media permissions. Users will be able to see all environment activity but will only be able to see the details of items for those in which they have manage media permissions. Currently, My Items content processing status is not included in this feature.
Navigating to Asset Processing Status
On the Assest Processing Status page, the item status is broken out into three parts: 1) Processing, 2) Completed and 3) Failed/Deleted. Each item has it's own row and contains details including name, Airship path, time since uploading/processed, and file size. 4) The icons show green only when all variants are complete.
Filtering by processing status
If you only want to see items in a particular status, you can filter by status at the top of the page. In this example, Processing and Failed/Deleted were unselected so only the Completed items remain in view on the page. To add all status' back to your view, simply re-select the status filter at the top of the page.
