Resetting User Password(s)

As an Airship admin, you have the ability to reset an individual user or group of users' password for them.

Within Airship, click on Users & Groups (1) and select User Management (2) from the dropdown.

Using filters and/or search if applicable, select desired user by clicking on their e-mail address (3).

Under Authentication Info on the right hand side of the User Info page, click Send Password Reset Email (4).

The user will then receive an email with instructions and a link to reset their password.

NOTE: The link in this email will expire after 24hours. If not clicked, the user's password will not be changed.

You may also reset multiple users' passwords at the same time.  Use the check boxes to select the users, then click the Email Password Reset Instructions icon (1).

A pop-up will appear, asking you to confirm the users for which you'd like to send password reset instructions. Click Yes (2) to proceed.
