Creating and Viewing a Collection (iOS)

Think of Collections as custom playlists. They allow you to compile a subset of relevant content and present directly from it, rather than wasting time during a meeting, fumbling through folders to find the next item. Below are instructions for how to make a Collection.

Creating a New Collection

Select the Collections icon.

Tap the "+" to create a new Collection and assign it a relevant name.

Adding Items to the Collection

Go through your app and long-press on the items you want to include in a Collection.

Choose the Collection to which you want to add content.

Adding items to a collection while viewing the item

When viewing an item, tap on the item to view different options. Then tap the add to Collections button.

Tap the collection to which you would like to add the item.

Viewing a Collection

Collection are accessible by tapping the icon on the home screen.

Tap the desired Collection to view the items within it.

Navigating within a Collection

  • Documents - Swipe through the last page, to view the next item in your Collection, without leaving the document viewer.
  • Videos - After a video finishes playing, you will be taken back to the Collection window where you can select the next item to be viewed.
